Clone Manager 12 software can be purchased through our authorized resellers, FastSpring ( Detailed vendor information ) or MyCommerce (Digital River - Detailed vendor information)). Multiple payment options include credit card, PayPal, wire transfer and quote. Orders can be completed in the currency you choose. Any applicable sales tax or VAT will be added to your order. (If you have a VAT number, you can enter this during the purchase transaction). All information is transmitted using encrypted technology.
First, decide if you want Seat licenses or a Concurrent User license. Seat licenses are installed on one individual computer. Concurrent user licenses are installed on a network server. Click on the License Types link, in menu above, for more information.
Then view sample pricing and make your purchase. Go to the Pricing / Buy Clone Manager page (link below) to view sample pricing for the combination of edition and license type you need. Each section contains a Buy button to get you directly to where you need to go to purchase this license type.
Sample pricing shows the license configurations most often ordered. But you can order any number of seat licenses you need -- just click on the Buy link and enter the number of licenses and see the total price at right.
After choosing what you want to buy, under the Payment options, select Credit / Debit card and enter your credit card information.
Once you have purchased the Clone Manager software, you will receive a confirming email with a link to view/print your invoice. You will also receive an email with your license ID and password, which will allow you to activate your license. If you have not downloaded the free trial software, you can download the program installer from the cart when your order is complete.After choosing what you want to buy, under the Payment options, select Wire Transfer. Enter the payment information requested, including your email address so payment instructions can be sent to you. You will receive Bank Transfer instructions in your web browser and also by email. Please be sure to include your Payment Reference as instructed so that your payment can be correctly assigned.
When your purchase of the Clone Manager software is complete, you will receive a confirming email with a link to view/print your invoice. You will also receive an email with your license ID and password, which will allow you to activate your license. Select the product you want to purchase. How to obtain a quote differs slightly depending on the eCommerce site that will be processing your order. For MyCommerce, click the link for Request Quote located above Billing Information. For FastSpring, under the Your Payment options, select Purchase Order / Invoice. You can now enter the information contained in your purchase order (company name, purchase order number, billing address, etc.) You will receive a confirming email, indicating that your order has been approved and is waiting for payment. You can click on the link in that email to view or print the invoice and you can access payment instructions. Payment can be made by credit card or bank wire transfer (see above).

While you are arranging payment, you can start using Clone Manager. The free trail (evaluation) license can be used for 30 days and is fully functional. When you receive your license keys, you can simply activate your license - you do not have to reinstall the software.
Enter your VAT number on the order form. For FastSpring this is located under 'Your Payment'. For MyCommerce it is located under 'Billing Information', 'Show more input fields'.
Many states do not charge sales tax on downloaded software.
For states that do charge sales tax: orders placed through the FastSpring eCommerce reseller allow you to enter your tax exemption number and enrollment state.
Click the link 'Tax exempt?' under 'Your Payment' to enter this information.
If you have already placed the order, you can request a refund of the tax paid.
Send an email with a copy of your tax exemption certificate along with your order number to the eCommerce site that processed your order:
either FastSpring
or MyCommerce/Digital River.
If you are not satisfied with the Clone Manager software, you can contact us within 30 days for a refund.
